Wood-Fired Pizza, Delivered & Catered Across NYC

From a late-night slice on the couch to trays for two hundred — Eddie's Flatiron brings the same Neapolitan dough, San Marzano tomatoes, and hand-stretched mozzarella to your door, your office, and your celebration.

Every service, one wood-fired kitchen

Whether you're feeding a Friday-night household, a 9 a.m. team standup, or a wedding after-party, our service lines are built around the same 880°F oven and the same sauce recipe that put us on Eater's 38 Essential NYC pizzerias.

How a catering order works

From inquiry to last slice in four steps

Most events are fully scoped within 48 hours of your first email. Here's the path your order takes through our kitchen and out to your venue.

01

Tell us the headcount

Share a guest count, venue address, date, and any dietary notes. We'll send back a same-day proposal with two or three package tiers and a clear per-person price.

02

Build your menu

Pick from 14 pies, three salads, and three pastas. Mix-and-match proteins, swap in vegan mozzarella, or let our chef design a four-pie tasting rotation for you.

03

We arrive, we cook

Our team sets up 60–90 minutes before service. The mobile oven reaches 880°F on-site, and pies fire in 90 seconds — meaning every guest gets a blister-fresh slice.

04

One invoice, no surprises

Final headcount locks 72 hours out. We handle plates, napkins, and full cleanup. You get a single PDF invoice and a tax-ready receipt the next morning.

Why event planners keep us on speed dial

Built for kitchens, boardrooms, and backyards

A few of the reasons corporate concierges, wedding planners, and Flatiron neighbors keep coming back to Eddie's for their most demanding orders.

Same dough, every oven

Our 72-hour cold-fermented dough is mixed at the Flatiron commissary and transported cold — never par-baked — so the on-site pies taste identical to the restaurant.

Inclusion built into every order

Every catering package includes a vegan pie, a gluten-free cauliflower pie, and a nut-free pesto rotation by default — no upcharges, no awkward "special request" forms.

One point of contact, start to finish

You'll work with a dedicated catering lead from quote to cleanup — never a call center. Most planners say it's the calmest part of their event day.

What hosts tell us afterward

Two notes from this season's events

Real words from real orders — no staged photography, no copy approval. Just the thank-you emails we still re-read in the kitchen.

★★★★★
We hosted 140 people on a rooftop in Williamsburg and Eddie's set the oven up at 4:30 p.m. sharp. By 5:15 the line was already forming. Three of my coworkers asked for the catering email before they left the party.

My partner is dairy-free and our nephew has celiac — Eddie's didn't blink. They brought a separate vegan station and a sealed gluten-free corner. The regular Margherita was the best pie at our wedding. We are still getting texts about it.
